Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Tracking included with all orders
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking information provided

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Requirements

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Products must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Catcher’s Equipment (due to hygiene considerations)
  • Baseball Socks & Belts (personal hygiene items)
  • Batting Helmets (safety equipment)
  • Any products that have been used, worn, or show signs of wear
  • Custom or personalized items

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order using the email template below. Send your request to: [email protected]

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We’ll review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely, include the RMA number visibly on the package, and ship to:

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline & Method

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after return processing
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
