4.2 Shipping Areas

4.3 Shipping Responsibility

Once products leave our warehouse, the shipping risk transfers to the customer. Rawlings Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

5.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt, provided the items meet the following conditions:

• Items must be in original, unused condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Items must be in resellable condition
• Proof of purchase is required

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Catcher’s gear (for hygiene reasons)

The return process includes four steps:

2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Pack your items securely, clearly display the RMA number on the package, and ship to the provided address
4. We will process your refund or exchange after receiving and inspecting your return

Credit card/PayPal refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is completed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
